The Silo settles monthly at Bétonsalon’s exhibition space, where it organizes a film programme featuring an eclectic range of works, whose aim is to illustrate the diversity of contemporary creation.

The Silo is more than a viewing space: it’s a critical thinking space entailing the production of critical contents. The Silo hopes to raise vital questions in a clear and precise way, stimulating the debate about film and contemporary art.

The Silo is also a blog, working as an invitation to public discussion. Regular blog contributors include critics, curators, artists, etc. from different countries and nationalities, dispatching news and opinions from around the world. Because The Silo’s aim is to encourage debate, the blog aims to be as inclusive as possible, becoming a place where everybody can exchange thoughts and opinions.
